Cancellations must be requested within of placing an order or subscribing to a service.
1 How to Cancel
To cancel a service or request, contact our support team with your order details. Cancellations made before processing will receive a full refund.
2 Cancellation After Processing
Once a service has been processed or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a refund according to our refund policy.
3 Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4 Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting support. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be permanently removed.
5 Refund After Cancellation
Eligible refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
